D. Herb Burns, Auctioneer

Heading up our auctions is D. Herb Burns who has over 30 years experience conducting auctions of all types.

He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for more than 20 years and is presently licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Iowa and Illinois.  Herb has a lifetime involvement in the auction industry and is a 1979 Graduate of Certified Auctioneers Institute and a Past President of Illinois State Auctioneers Association. 

He is currently a member of the Illinois and Iowa State Auctioneers Associations and the National Auctioneer Association.

Jennifer Burns

Jennifer has been with the Mel Foster office staff for over 5 years and handles advertising, marketing and bookkeeping for the auctions along with clerking and cashiering at most auctions.
